About Us
Our oragnazation/agency is based on being an elite Fire Department and the faithful belief that our communities needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs primarily in both Animal Rescue and Fire Rescue focussing on local needs when an emergency strikes, and manpower or equipment and training is limited. All those professionals who see us in action highly refer us to others (including other Fire Rescue Departments, Animal Rescues, County Animal Control and Law Enforcement agencies in several states. District III serves 6 states, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Tennessee.That means that our one district alone CAN serve as many as 74,000,000 citizens as Mutual Aid Fire Rescue/Animal Rescue Public Service acording to the U.S. Department of Interior.

Corporate Goal:
AS A WELL TRAINED TEAM… we as members do pledge willingly to uphold all State, County and Federal Laws. We agree to support all Fire Departments as Mutual Aid Agents of a fellow Non Profit Fire Department at all times, fully assist each department obtain grants for training and equipment, and to assist each department we can improve on response, training,Community Training for Storm and Emergency Prepareness and including receiving grants for equipment and training.
We will as a Contracted Agency who is and will be recognized and trained by Homeland Security, FEMA and U.S. Coast Guard as a Contracted Supporting Agency of the Federal Government to serve all states which request our assistance in any district, and respond quickly without hesitation or dispute, abide by all the standards of Homeland Security as well as their requirements, and willingly submit to their direction, deployment orders, follow all NIMS Protocol and Directives and/or requirements fully.
As we are volunteers in all aspects, there will become available salary positions for those who are fully certified and reliable to obtain those positions once voted and approved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation within the Bylaws and Articles of Corporation registered in the State of Arkansas, which have been adopted and approved by the U.S. I.R.S. as per the 501 © (3) approval.
We also enforce a “Zero Tolerance” for DUI offences, and are grounds for immediate termination of the position they hold, and/or dismissal of membership of the organization once the offence is committed, or, is formally executed and found guilty of the court. This will include State or Federal charges of a felony. Convictions of a felony can and will result in a special meeting of the Board of Directors who will face these, and move swiftly to enforce these “rules of conduct”. They will be referred to “Conduct unbecoming of a fellow member and/or Officer”, which will be highly respected at all times.
ALL MEMBERS who are trained by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, a state officially recognized as a certified Fire Fighter, First Responder, EMT, Paramedic, Law Enforcement Officer, or trained by Homeland Security/FEMA will be recognized for their training by this organization, as well as agree and encourage to their rendering assistance to ANY medical or Fire Call that they may encounter when not on duty, or is asked to support a Law Enforcement Officer at any time deemed necessary to save a life (human or animal) when possible.
Please note that there are several other members who cannot share their current certifications due to programming issues regarding to PFD programs on this website. Please forgive the delay for not sharing the rest, but soon we will honorably share the certificates of all the training all of the volunteers and members have dedicated so much time to earn in the training.
